The patch itself (Volvo VIDA 2014A Patch is what I see, if that matters) installs in the background to that screen, but only to the point of "Extracting VIDA\jboss".

Rename the new value to EnableIEHosting, right clickEnableIEHosting and choose Modify. Every time, I get a small script screen (black background, white text) that says "Could not find process:vidamonitor," that quickly disappears. I've also completely uninstalled and reinstalled my 214B disk on my standalone Lenovo ThinkPad (Windows 7 Pro, 32 bit, 4GB RAM, IE11 - can't get it to install IE9), then tried to install the patches. I tried both the patch roxanaschram posted above to extend to 2020, as well as the patch to extend to 2030 that atraudes mentioned that's in the XC90 forum.
